At Nevo (nevovision.com), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include all original tags

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • A return shipping label (when applicable)

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Address & Business Model

Nevo is an online-only e-commerce business and does not operate a physical retail store.
All returns are handled through our logistics partners, and the return address will be shared only after your return request is approved.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Contact us immediately at visionnevo@gmail.com, including photos if possible, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a new item is to:

  1. Return the original product

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


UK & EU Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the return conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
